Your calculator input stays on your device
The IP addresses, masks and other values you type into our calculators are processed in your browser with JavaScript. We do not send them to our server and we do not store them.
Information we collect
- Server logs. Like most websites, our web server may record your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We use this to keep the site secure and working, and to understand how it is used.
- Information you send us. If you email us, we get your email address and your message. We use it only to reply to you.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name or other personal details through the calculators.
The "your IP address" bar
At the top of each page we show your own public IP address and approximate location. To do this, your browser contacts these outside services directly: ipify (api.ipify.org and api6.ipify.org), icanhazip.com, Cloudflare (1.1.1.1), ipwho.is and ipapi.co. Like any website you visit, these services can see your IP address. They have their own privacy policies. We do not save this information on our server. Your browser keeps the last result in session storage for the current browser tab, and it is removed when you close the tab.
Cookies and advertising (Google AdSense)
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and other third-party vendors use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this site and to other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies lets Google and its partners show ads to you based on your visits to our site and other sites on the internet.
- You can choose not to see personalized ads by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also visit aboutads.info to opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising.

Other third-party services
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and a styling library from the Tailwind CSS CDN. When your browser loads these files, those providers receive your IP address and browser details. We may also use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to count visits. If we do, they collect usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location.

Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please read their policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, in the EU, the UK or California), you may have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, contact us.
Children
Our site is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Security
We use HTTPS to protect the connection to our site. No method of sending data over the internet is completely safe, so we cannot promise absolute security.
